Building #7

Here's an update on the building, Just a little more detail and the modeling will be finished, I am thinking it will be a great idea to add stores on the first floor on this apartment, one of the stores I want to be on the first floor is Verizon, someone in the Live Chat wanted me to added a Tim Hortons store, I'm sure someone will help come up with a name that's valuable, I do not mined if you come up with a name for these numbered buildings, as you guys know the buildings that's not NYBT in this thread are not real buildings but buildings I have created, that means I a Sim City 4 Architect.

:O :O I know wow, I am working on it for a little while, I have finished the arched windows on the second floor that's the part that I was stuck on and I hope i do not have to go back to it, to me that was the hard part and I am so sorry this bat is moving so slow but this to me is right now the hardest bat I ever made when it comes to details, but I think what makes it hard is the poly modeling I have to put in it, if I did not do it I think I would be finished. :\

Building #7

This is what I have done it's almost finished, and I will scale the water, I have not did it yet. My work was moving a little slow trying to get the Graham, Franklin, and Hogan Apartments on the LEX, and I also have some family issue. On the plane rails I have to work on that, one side is visible and the other side is not.

Okay another update and still this building does not have a name, I have added a little more details, I think I am finished with the modeling. :O

Oh yea, i'm going to redo the canopy it looks to wide for a door entrance and i have not forgot about the water I will make it a little wider.

Hogan Apartments



The Hogan Apartments are finally on the STEX after some over 7 months I believe. :O

Okay guys to make you happier I have made second model, all I did of course was edit the first model, I do not mind using different texture colors to make variations of the building, but I think it's a great idea to make model a little different, the mission is not to over do it, just make small changes not tiny ones, I should not do not change no more than 70 to 80 percent of the building, I can add like a floors, remove some floors, make the water tower building cover taller, shorter, or with out a cover on top and ect, but not to much, it should still look a little like the first model.

Johnson Apartments

Okay guys I tried my best, I feel like a not so good bater for having problems with the bricks, I have been making brick buildings for about 3 years now and still having brick trouble so sad, but i'm trying.

As you  guys can see i have added some retail on the ground floor of our belovite apartment building, there's a Verizon wireless on the far left, next to it is a subway and on the corner of the building that's the far right is a Tim Hortons, I hope you like it. Oh yea, where the empty store is at I want that to be a music shop the kind that sells instruments, please help me with a music shop name.

Johnson Apartments

Here's a chair set I have made, I hope you like them. The Johnson Apartments texturing is almost finished, All I have to  do is work on the garage, the top of the chimney and the ground floor doors after that just make a second version of the building with a different brick texture. I'm looking forward to making brown, red, and white bricks.
