Some missing dependencies in the growable airports

I'm using the airports and ports that auto-upgrade but I seem to be missing some dependencies. I've been looking around but can't seem to track down which ones exactly are not present.
Does anyone have some hints or leads as to what is missing?

Very strange, it looks like the Taxiway lights are there, but the textures aren't. Also, is this one of the AC Team's upgradable airports, or the default SC4 ones?

Looks like the AC Prefab airport to me. By the looks of it you are definately missing the AC Texture Pack, you can find it on the LEX by searching for Voltaire's content. I would also check the readme that comes with the functional airports pack and make sure you have all these dependencies installed.
