First sorry for my poor english ()sad() Any ways i have just became so additive to the cam about 1 year ago . but now i have a building that is growing in my R$$$ test city this is what it is   so it is the same build that is R$$ and a stage 15 building but i seem to also have it grow  as a possible stage 8 R$$$ So i did run the cleantol, to remove all of those tedious poorly modded building from  my plugins. but it seems not to have taken this one so I am very confused if this building is Campatabile/fine for the CAM it is a 5x5 with 3,715 R's help would be nice

I just downloaded the model from Simtrop and the CAMelot files from the LEX. I looked at the CAM version using the PIM-X. The building is modded correctly as a stage 15, R$$. I didn't see anything obvious.

The original download on the STEX has a growable and a plop lot. The building descriptions are embedded in the lot files. I think the easiest thing to do is to do a file search for something like,  *bosworth tower*.*lot   This should locate all the Bosworth towers in your MyDocs folder. Remove them. At least, that is how I would approach the issue if I was sitting at your computer.

Then - Reinstall the NHP file. Make sure you still have the file called 'Oneils Bosworth Tower model.dat' in your plugins or you'll get a brown box. You should be good to go.

Now, if the question is ... "this building grows before I think should?" Sometimes that happens in my game too. A stage 13 building will be the first CAMelot that grows. I simply demolish it and usually a shorter building grows back in its place.

Good Luck

Well so i guess that means this R$$$ stage 8  incampatible so i guess i should  remove it then, but i have a slight problem i have most of my plugins dat packed   :'( so i can not find it so that means i  am suck with this nasty lotted building :( ;  can you please help me some mor on what i should do if i have some dat packed plugins?  Also i have 2 more R$$$ stage 8 buildings that i am not 2 sure about    as you can see the angels creek building stage 10 or 11 RSS  and finally the austral pace stage R$$$8 as well which btw is stage 15R$ so i am still very confused because when i ran the cam remove lots cleantol a very long time ago this was before i discovered dat packing btw  so i thought that the cleantoll would remove those other building but it did not these 2 as well  so are they campatible  or ae they not so very  ()what() %confuso.

You should keep your non-packed files backed up.

The toughest part about this is figuring out which lots are which.  If you know the name of the lot, you can edit the Min Slope in MaxisLE (set it to 1000, and the offending lot will never grow).  If you know the Instance of the lot, then you would actually be able to find it in your DatPacked folder and remove it.

Actually  i used to keep all of my non dat packed files backed up a very long time ago but :(  my PC was running out of disk space so i had to premently delete them cry so i guess that is bad. but i think i do know the lots name i will use the i live read tool later to find and remove them be using patch to make a separate dat without damaging my main dat file to stop it that will fix it thanks 4 the help every one :)

WooHoo - is that a good idea or what? Requires no knowledge of the reader or the XTool. The Maxis LE will save the file to \My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\  root. Move the file to a ZZZ_Folder and it will load behind the faulty dat packed version and you'll not see that pesky stage 8 again.

Remove the stage 8 that didn't get cleaned out then dat pack sometime later, at your convenience.

A 5x5 R$$$ with 3715 capacity is a stage 9, so I think that lot is right on.

I don't know why there isn't a Filling Degree property.  If you look at the Occupant Group property you can check to see if it has been given the CAM: Stage 9 value (in addition to all of the usual ones).

You could also right click (on the location of your last pic) , and select "Recompute properties as...".  The image of the model in the bottom-right has a box around it, and the filling degree is a percentage of how much of that box the building actually fills up.

When you click okay, every property will be set correctly, including the stage in the lot exemplar.

... this is anther clue because the PImx can not recinioz custom querys as far as I know ...

That is true but it isn't a clue as far as I'm concerned. A knowledgeable person can always edit the custom query back after Xtooling the building.

I'm traveling right now. I have a laptop to keep track of email and other things but I don't have any 'gaming' stuff on it. Maybe someone else can help. I'll not be back home until Tuesday next week..
