Very nice update one more time my friend! You did a nice job with the power line. It fits very well in the forest and the suburbs area, as well as in the fields.

I quite liked the picture number seven.

You have to wait a little bit longer for the turtles. The turtles have to do some jobs in my MD first, then they can go out in the world and visit other MDs.

Very nice update.  I love the look of your city. 
The only thing that stands out for me is that plaza in pic 10, it looks incomplete.  Maybe it could be filled a little with some stands and more people, some lights....

I suggest you to use more diversity of flora. For example Girafe's flora that greatly increase the realism.
