New at playing the game with custom content

Hi all,

I was  just wondering how can I make specific lots I download from the fie exchange grow in my city....  any tricks regarding this ?  I want to make a city that has just French looking building etc, but everything else keeps growing.... any hel is appreciated.

This will help a lot. It blocks all the growable Maxis buildings. Be sure to have enough custom buildings available, though.
