Problem with A CAM Lot

Hi I have been playing and building test Cam Cities to make sure all the stage develop propley before building my real cities. How ever I got this issue with a came Lot here is the name of the building   

As you can see it is the stage 13 hk majactic hotel CS$$ 6x2 cam lot but it dose this it seems to go poofy on me and as you can see it seems to cause immortal lot syndrome  Link to download http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1908 I need some one to look into this  Came lot thanks for your time and help .

The CS$$ growable Majestic Hotel IS immortal. The lots shall remain locked on the LEX until Cockatoo makes them right.
