I am wanting to put together a heliport, are there any props out there of Helipad's and Helicopters that would make this possible? I am fine putting stuff together in LE if necessary.

The AC Functional Airports contains a number of heliports you might be able to grab some props/models from. I think some of them are available individually as well, one of them by simgoober comes to mind. There's also the Maxis helicopters you could always grab from the game.

About Lex has some models by Tabinohito (Search) and the Stex there are several others that you certainly know how to search!
