SC4 official files...I need urgent help please

I am not sure I am posting this in the correct forum but I do need something and I cannot obtain it.
What I would like are the 2 bldg.dat files from SC4.I am both site and product registerd on the SC4 website yet every time I try to download I get an errormessage telling me I must be product registerd in order to download.I AM product registered,yet the site insists I am not.Is there any way I can obtain these 2 files?I am desperate.Thanks.

I have already done that metasmurf...in fact,I have done everything neccesary in order to download,and the site still won't let me download.I would write to them but there is no contact link on the website and EA Games has never been helpfulto me in the past.Any ideas on how I can obtain these 2 files?

Clicking on the link provided by Metasmurf immediately caused those two files to DL onto my computer.  These files are not available here currently.  Please check with simcities.com if you have issues with their downloads- we are unable to help you here with that.

Sorry metasmurf..I am such a dope,I found em there.While I am still on this subject...does anyone know of any way to obtain the Maxis file of the American flag?
