I can download it from LEX, but when I attempt to install I get an error message that in part says I may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Any suggestions?

I do have administrator rights. Surprisingly, the issue was fixed with a simple restart of my computer. TY.

instead of starting a new thread i would like to ask if anyone can verify for me that BSC BAT Props - T1 Vol2 is safe to use. my antivirus has quarantined this file both times when i unzipped it saying that it might contain harmful threat. i downloaded it right off the lex i have never had any problems with any files from the stex or lex before... any info would be much appreciated, it is a dependency for some nice Industrial lots i want.
