Help Finding Texture

So I don't really quiet know if it's a rock texture, or if it's a wall, or what it is. There is this wall like thing that I've seen people use on elevated roads and I have no idea where it is, but it looks so good in game.
Here are two low quality pictures, the only ones I could find sadly.
