could someone convert the larger $$$ residentials into landmarks with jobs?

Hey guys, i guess this is kind of a special request.
Don't laugh, but i think some of the $$ and $$$ residentials from level 6 to 8 look pretty nice (ttalking about the highrisers and condos), especially the ones from New York and Chicago tilesets.
So could one nice person be so kind and convert them into landmarks with jobs (lets saY 400 res occupation into 400 office commercial occupation etc...)
I only need the highrisers and the condos.The lots can stay the same like as residentials, only the ones where the lot is larger than the actual building could be resized
My modding skills are very bad or barely exist, so if someone could take this wish it would be great.
