how to make a overhanging lot?

how to make a overhanging lot or extender lot such as  "paeng_IND_Alley-extender" in paeng paeng Grunge_IND_Alleys and so on ?

I have made one， but it has color shift。

In Photoshop shop and lot editor,it is ok。But in game it has colo shift.

But the same one made by paeng is ok.

What is the problem?

Nice to see that you solved the problem yourself! 
The color shift: this game is full of things that do not exactly fit or are just a bit out of order. This is one of the many flaws of SC4. I guess that Paeng and you solved the problem the same way: by just experimenting with color shifts until you found one that looks good in game. Am I right?
