Very good marc, the only thing which looks sort of odd to me is that window texture though. &mmm
Other than that it's a nice piece'a 60's architecture!!

Another amazing bat.  The roof top plaza does look perfect.  Over all great, I can't wait to get my hands on this one.  Straight to my DT core with this one.  Side note...I like how the el rail passes by the side of this building, looks great. &apls

Do I spot my station there at the bottom?  Looks great!

The only thing I would change about Lever House is that the mullions and spandrels seem very thick.  Also - does the little structure on the roof really have a curtain wall?   ;)

I suppose they have to be to be visible...any thinner and they'd get lost in the AA.  It looks fantastic Marc, well done.  &apls &apls
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it

Wow, I was just looking through this thread and must say that that is one of the most ingenuitive, imaginative, and eye pleasing design I have ever seen. I myself have been to Madrid only once and only went through Atocha station, but I can clearly see how that design would fit into the city. I really with New York City had more architecture like that.

Your latest work is amazing, the foliage really adds alot to the plazas also. On a side note you build very  nice cities also ;)

The Coleman building looks great, I hope to get my hands on it soon.  Your work is always outstanding, I personnelly like the green glass texture, although I'm sure anything can be improved, cause nothing is ever perfect.

Alright!  That's good news.

I can't wait for this to be released.  New industrial buildings for my cities are always welcome, it always seems like there are too few industrial BATters out there, but its great to see that you and jestarr continue to make more.  Keep it up!

Marc,
unfortunately I cannot show any in game pictures because my game crashed before I was able to take some nice shots - but the Lever House is great in game. I like the people on the terrace near the pond , and I am glad you decided to fill it with water

Here a picture with the Lever House from my CAM test city, but unfortunately not focussed on it...

I really liked your "teal" look building, we need more buildings like that for SC4, and thanks for do that.

Also the XIX century building look very detailed and well done  &apls

Okay... here it goes....

I use the CS2 Ploppable... I haven't tried any other lot.  Just this one.  I click on it from the menu, and it shows up on screen (just the lot, there is no model shown).  Then I click to plop it, and my game crashes during plop, I don't get to see the building at all.  I hope this helps.

Sim Shady

i have had no problems with it, and ive been enjoying playing with it in the center of my commercial district the past few days

Krio

Oh dear, this is beautiful building. Hopefully that trim / ornament / detail-thingy on roof wont be lost in game. It's fantastic, but those fire ladders..simply beautiful.

SimFox

oh!!! it's a thing of beauty!!

Sim Shady

gosh that thing is fantastic  ;D

Eddie

You put way too much detail into this. We're not gonna see half of the ornaments and art-deco inspirations in-game.  &mmm It's makes me quite frustrated!  :bomb:

But your creations are looking really good. You've got talent, marcszar. I've always loved your BAT's.

jestarr

Wow!  This is an excellent model and one that is, as you said, lacking in the game.  I really like the upper facade, but, sadly I think most of it will be totally invisible in the game, due to it's orthographic view.  I found this out early on, so stopped doing it, as I found it really annoying to do all that work for nothing.

Jasoncw

It's looking really good.   :)

If the building fits snuggly on a 1x2, I don't see any reason why you need to attach another building to it.   ()what()

I find that alcohol, taken in sufficient quantities, can bring about all the effects of drunkenness.
