Mod problems - help needed

I am in dire need of help from the community. I've obviously got a mod installed which is causing this problem, the only issue is I cannot remember which one. Here is the issue; I am missing the texture beneath the street and road in this zone.



I'm using the SFBT streetside mod, which should look like this:

As I say, I know it's a mod that I'm using, but i've scoured my plugins dir and cannot find it. It's clearly removing the dirt texture beneath the streets and roads in the agricultural zone, and I want/need them back. If anyone can help I will be greatly appriciative, any and all suggestions will be entertained until the problem is fixed.

Most likely, you either installed the "No Rail Dirt Mod" by Swamper77 and Pegasus, or PEG's "Alternate Railway Textures Mod" - both are removing the brown dirt below the rails, but unfortunately, the dirt below streets in agricultural areas is also removed, since it's the same texture.

Thank you very much, it was the alternate railway textures mod, as soon as I pulled it out the dirt returned
