For more flexibility & more features, I want use Inkscape instead of SC4Terraformer. But, how do make a SC4 map from Inkscape?
Also, is there a Inkscape plugin that help me make a SC4 map?

Edit: The title & content is slightly changed due to repliers that say Inkscape IS MORE suitable for creating maps (because the vector tools)

selles

Better than GIMP is Inkscape which is also free. Inkscape has a really intuitive and easy to use pen tool which gives you unlimited possibilities on the types of maps you can make. I could go on but I have to leave for work. I can post a more detailed explanation when my shift is done.

I agree that Inkscape would be more suitable. It is a vector tool so any elements - or whole maps - can be resized without pixelation.

Inkscape is not a module. It is a separate programme which has nothing to do with GIMP or Photoshop. Its web pages are at https://inkscape.org/
