Problem when downloading

I wanted to download the center pivot irrigation fields and the fields from:

well i can't. and this happens to all of the links from the topic. I'm stuck on "This site can't be reached loop."

Can anyone help, please?

Try it again now--I just attempted to pick up the center pivot file, and it worked perfectly fine.

nope. cleared cookies, cache, history, disabled the antivirus and firewall, same issue.
