Trying to recreate the NAM slip lane example

I'm trying to recreate this image from the namdoc but I can't seem to figure out how to make the single lane with double arrows. When I try various combinations of roads and one-way roads, the closest I could get is something like this.

You need to place a OWR-1 starter exactly where in your picture the OWR-2 is. It looks not correct in the overlay when you hover over it, but the starter will adapt itself on the curve.
I would check the paths, though, wether this setup is actually funtional.
