can't install cam mod

can anyone help me i cant install the cam mod. when im pressing the installer there's a warning like this "could not find sim city 4 install path. sim city 4 was not installed properly. reinstall sim city 4 and try again. aborting installation" please help thanks ;D

You have to act on the path where you installed SC4 and not the Plugins folder where you install the mods. Anyway this is the guide on how to install CAM
