Possibility of special characters and deferred releases

I remember that the use of special characters (French accents, German umlauts, etc.) caused issues after the last major update. Has this been fixed since then? Apart from that I kindly want to suggest the implementation of a deferred release function. For example this would be useful for Christmas releases as not everybody has time and leisure to post a file on the 24th or 25th of December.

@N1_2888 it's great to see you around, and thank you for the recent upload--it's great to see the SFBT logo pop up on a LEX upload again!  We've since done another update to the forum software (to SMF 2.1.3) and I just did a test.  It appears special characters are indeed okay now.

As far as the deferred release function, that's an interesting idea.  I'll pass it along to Shadow Assassin, who is developing the new LEX software.
