Brown Boxes in Farms

i seem to be missing something in my plugins folder because these farms grow as brown boxes. (Tenute Wheat Farm,Imori Lavender Farm,Betantia Fruit Farm and Corte Medagle d'Oro Olive Grove).
Is there a cleanitol file i could use to tell me whats missing.

You need to install the dependencies for these farms. These are the ones for the buildings:
BSC MEGA Props – MBEAR Vol01
BSC BAT Props MBEAR - Vol03
MBEAR Support Files
These are listed in the Readme with links.
