Indeed. 

It almost makes your pic look like a daytime one.  But it's very realistic and highly recommended by me.

Well, Travis' pic is certainly aptly named. However, there doesn't seem to be much life in the pic (though there isn't meant to be much at night) and that it does make rooker's look like its daytime. A nice pic to showcase a new feature, but I still like rookers pic (partly because of the presence of a train but that's not the only criteria I look for).

Gizmo's mod is indeed a great one!
But in a picture competition I think I prefer day/dawn/dusk pictures...
