Furness-on-sea is situated on the hoo peninsula







Heres mersey peninsula situated just opposite the hoo peninsula which is on the river mersey

Looking very British!   

Be careful with the diagonals, though.  Because they overhang their lot you need to leave some space around them to prevent other buildings from overlapping.
