well if the screen edges appearing the middle, most likely the city just needs time to catch up drawing in the city details and your scrolling to fast...maybe have streched your graphics to the limit and gone beyond the max of your computers pluguins capabilities. (though I need to know specs and # of plugins to say more.) does turning the city make the problem go away ???

did notice a few brown boxes, could also be your missing some dependancies (props textures or building models) or even have a texture IID conflict (two bats that us different textures, but the same ID #)
(maybe)
If it's the later you have to try and locate the file in question (suggest "?" the lot to find out which particular lot (s) your missing dependancies for and re-check the readme file with

I dont got much plugins installed, the 3 starter packs, transport and some others. Yes, turning the city solves the problem, until i scroll again. Oh and i dont think its about the brown boxes, ive tried on a city without any brown boxes and it doesent happen, which leaves me with the last thing you said, could you explain me more about that ? i didnt understand very well hehe.

Thanks

well still sounds like the computer specs, low RAM or low virtual memory  I'm not familiar with athon specs, but RAM seems low, I have 2 gigs of ram myself on this one, old computer  had 512 and it lagged and sputtered all the time...SC$ is a recouce hog it want to use it all... need one of the geeks to be more specific towards the specs
I use to get this all the time on my old computer (it was just outdated)...might need to upgrade (if $$ allows) a little bit.

I would suggest closing down other application while playing ( internet, download etc)0... while playing, won't stop the problem, but help it occur less often.

while in the game you can "Que" the buildings  (use the "?" option) this should give you info on the lot (name of it and type) in question, and hopefully enough info to track the file down and re-examine the readme...brown boxes are the games way of telling you your missing files (dependancy) for a particular lot or bat, all dependancies for a lot should be listed in the readme

Ok. The game runs absolutelly smooth. Even in sky scrapper cities etc, 100% smooth.
