I have just reread the thread and it shows that you have taken  the constructive criticism to hand very well indeed.

You can definitely see where the advice has been applied and that then shows in your later efforts as there has been little or no criticism and the work you have done is superb.

It seems to me that you have a knack for this sort of work and if you keep this level up -  well I think there will be many happy people DL'ing your work

Thanks for the comments Derry and JP.  I'm going to have to keep personal replies sweet, and short, due to a mass of work still to be done within the next half an hour.

I must, however, say thank you to the NHP for accepting me among their ranks and for making my stay and membership pleasant. I look forward to being a valuable member of the NHP and of the community, as they all have been and continue to be. 

So, let me get to it then. As mentioned elsewhere (yes, I'm quoting myself because I am lazy ):

After some critique by JMeyers about the LOTs for the Moscow Red I have altered them and they look as follows:

And I've also revised and updated the LOTs for Frogface's taller BATs and have brought them up to standard using the X-Tool. So, in no particular order, here they are:

I have tried to maintain some form of uniformity between these Medium Wealth Commercial Offices, in this case, using the standard Maxis Medium Wealth texture. I have also tried to, where possible, use 2x3 LOTs (except for St. Helen's).

Originally Kommunist Tenements, but I felt that it doesn't do it any justice and is a huge generalisation, so I renamed the LOT.
The name is based on a combination of Sunnyside and Arcadia - suburbs in central Pretoria city - that have the same sort of apartment buildings.

NOTE: If you don't see cars and people on the LOTs, it's because they were MIA at the time the shots. They are there, but they appear to be camera shy. 

I will post the complete stats for these LOTs a bit later, after I've finished the README and sent them off for testing and peer-review.

I hope Babylon's building exemplar has Occupant Group 0x1908 (Building: Night Club) which would spawn sims and cars around it at night.
And I hope the people lining up for Babylon are timed props, appearing only at night...

And I hope you've got a ticket for me to pass that line...

HA.. you guys would love my day on Friday. But, if I say anything about it my department at the City may be given an audit for hours of wasted well spent time.

I'll add the Occupant Group (I didn't know about that), and yes, the people are nightclubbers so they only appear at night.
