Wow, what a super round.  Congrats to Ennedi for winning that.

ManuelR, very nice picture, at first glance I like the picture, but if I look around, I can't find a church for the cemetary and the two water towers look out of place.  I think a closer zoom would have been a better chioce.  Than there would be less to anylize.  ;) Just my honest opinion.
And we all know my opinion about Ennedi picture from the last round.  And this is why I'll be voting for Ennedi.

Ennedi - 2
ManuelR  - 0

I see in Ennidi's picture that there are white specs over the water. As if those are seagulls. And I like the variations of color as it makes it seem as if the clouds are casting shadows on the water. The green is too green for me but I nit pick.

ManuelR picture is nice. I like the lighter shades of green as it seems that is how it would look to me if I were a bird flying over head. I like the cemetery on the side street, the nearby water towers, and the playgrounds sprinkled among the homes. There is a nice collection of custom content in the way of GasCooker homes and the shopping plaza's. I do like it when people place industrial zones near residential areas instead of sticking them off in some corner. So you get a  for that. But the commercial zone is a bit repetitious for a photo contest even though the shopping centers probably grew that way. And again, the maxis small square shops are repetitious. Perhaps he needs to add some small shops to his inventory.  ;)

Ennedi in the lead now ... 4 to 1

Thank you Manuel for a round

And thank you all for your votes - positive and negative :)
I'm glad many of you (I think more than usual) explained your opinions both in the first and in the second round. It is good for all competitors.

@jmyers2043, these white species on the water are not seagulls. These are sparkles (I forgot about seagulls - sorry ;D)
Of course these color variations on water are clouds shadows.
"The green is too green" - no, it's not a nit picking, I know about it. I don't want to make too much editing in Photoshop, but sometimes I must to improve contrast a bit - and it is enough to make the green too green, it's a nature of Cycledogg's terrain mods and many trees (not all). But it is possible to improve (I must learn more), thanks for comment!

@Nascar_Guy, thanks for honest opinion! It would be good if you would like to tell what is the reason of your headache ;) - too much green, too much saturation in general, or something else? If I would know it, I would be able to think about it and maybe improve it in future

Edit: You guys force me to do a hard work with my dictionary all the time :D

Yoman

I'll challenge with a completely different style, big nice bridge vs gritty small apartments :P

Oh and if you're wondering why the border on top is thinner it is because I just extracted this from one of my mosaics very badly and quickly :P

Ennedi

Hello Yoman!

Probably nobody would notice this thinner frame if you wouldn't say about it  :P

Less scenic but more realistic (or more usual I should say?) and it doesn't cause a headache  :D
And this picture is a part of the very good MD

Gratulations to Ennedi for the win! ;)

Hm the new picture is very good but very different. I like both pictures but I can't decide wich one I would pick. So I don't vote this time. :P

vs.

Yoman

...and voting for Adam's bridge

1-0 to Ennedi

capo

Even though that W2W and building/street layout does look very good. Ennedi's bridge gets my vote, the amount of work put into that small city is amazing

2-0 Ennedi

Ennedi, it's going to take a lot to beat that pic in my opinion.

Yoman, nice work, any other time would probably get my vote.

3-0 Ennedi

stewart_garden

I do love that bridge.

4-0 to Ennedi
First things first, but not necessarily in that order.

sebes

I almost vote vor Ennedi - but than I noticed that the composition of Yomans picture has something very special. At first look I thought that the buildings just grew where they did - but at second look I saw an entire story in this pic (from bombed houseblocks in WWII, expanding avenues in the 50's, and massive 60's highrises to cope with population growth, once very expensive apartments, now  with the horror of the quarter...

So my vote goes to Yoman, making it 4/1, Ennedi leading.

Everyone who knows me by now, knows that I got a soft spot for dirty low income cities.
So this time my vote goes to Yoman.
