Daytime marina vs. nighttime marina...

I'll go for Dave's day...

This really is a tough decision, I've scrolled up and down a few times looking at the pictures again and again...hmm so hard to choose, both marina's look great!

But my vote goes to ManuelR, I still very much like the high avenue (or is it a rural highway) and the modern W2W buildings looking out on the sea.

Two marinas in heated battle I think that I like Toohey's because he incorporated the paddle boats within the park.

Y'all sure don't make this easy, do you?    I love the parks and paddle boats in Toohey's picture, but the terracing and bustle of ManuelR's picture still gets my vote.

This is a difficult choice: tooheys' pic uses many style of custom content which shows the time that likely went into its creation, and the overall effect is nice: the park by the marina (though I have to admit I was surprised to see the pond with the boats (I like it though)). Manuel's has some great lighting and looks very clean. I believe I will vote for tooheys.

I really like both pics.  Manuel's picture has some really good night life action going on.  The setup and layout are very nice.  Dave's picture is also very nice, the pond is a little out of place, IMO and seems a little quite, no Sims. 
So my vote goes to ManuelR.

It's kind of tough for me to tell what that is in the center of the pic; it's a bit blurry for my taste. I might like it more if I knew what it was but good effect work. Good luck. I still like the marina that tooheys has (and I hope I get to challenge it with mine next round).
