I downloaded some files and the textures do not show up even when i downloaded the dependencies and also can someone tell me which file I need to download so the night lights will work on the buildings I download?

Have you download the bat night patch at SimCity by a chance? Just scroll down to where it talks about the bat and night light effect...  far as parking lot texture issue you must be still missing a dependency that is the only thing i can think of sorry - pat

Are you sure you installed the dependencies in the right directory? It should be something like (on Win XP): My Documents/Simcity4/Plugins. :)

chanceypc, as pat is writing, you should download a patch from simcity.com

What downloads is that you are having problems with ? It is hard to help you without knowing what files you are talking about.

And please break up your text up in some sentences. It would make it easier to read and understand.
