First, check that any omnis or spots used are not instanced, but are single copies.  You can tell if they are instanced if you click on one and the name is in bold.  For some reason, the script goes  completely mad with instanced lights.
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it

Hi ! CAL san  :)
Thank you for reply quickly ;)

Oh, I see.
Indeed, I use some Spots and Omnis by copy. (Shift + Dragg to Instance.)
and lot of Spots and Omnis name was bold.
I have not known it at all up to now. &mmm

I'll try to re-set all of Spots and Omnis.
Thank you very much for teaching CAL san !!  ;)

by the way, Do you know the method of copying the light without this problem ?  ()what()

Thank you.

Hi Mas San

It's quite simple. When you clone, array ect you get up a dialogbox where you have the choice between them:

What I would do ? Pick the light you want to change from an instance to a copy. Array it lets say 1 meter away in one direction. Then erase the old one and then move the old one in place.
Maybe Call have an easier way ?

Thank you Vester san.  ;)

Oh, Yes !
It's really easy way to clear a problem !
I memorized that Not copy Lights(Spots, Omni,,,) by the Instance !!

I try it again with a method in my work now.

Thank you very much again CAL san and Vester san.  :D

Hm... strange... All my night Lites are always instanced and I have no problem with them... I guess it is because I don't do normal day/nite render and problem occurring at the switch on/off stage. Still I'm a bit puzzled why exactly instancing should cause overbrightness problem. I understand how when there is an even number of instances it will lead to no lights showing (on/off-on/off issue) but how does it cause such an increase in brightness??? &mmm
