Excellent update, I really love your style, the waterfront looks excellent  &apls

Krio

Excellent Glenni! Polish bats in second picture are awesome, most realistic pic of your MD yet ;D And harbour is great too and of course your bats too. Really norweigan :)

amapper

Probably a small thing to key in on, but I like that tire retaining wall. Very cool. Really nice job on everything.

Swesim

Veldig flott som vanlig! (Very nice work as usual!)

Hvor har du funnet denne fergen? (Where did You find this ferry?)
Den minner noe om Color Line sine ferger... (It reminds me of the norwegian shipping company Color Line´s ships.)

Hope to see the next update soon!

So.. It had to happen again... Once again i am redoing some of Vandals Fjella ( The city itself this time)
Prepo's new diogonal buildings are just brilliant, and was exactly what i needed to redo the city. ( As you can also see i still use my own, no offense to Prepo, Krio, or any others who made diagonal buildings, but because of the simple shape of my building, they are easier to use in places where you don't have any buildings working at the moment.)

And just so you know, the city is now WIP (Work In Progress) so of couse there is a lot of empty space, but atleast here you can somewhat see what i am doing.
Here's an overview, i decided to keep the Oslo Plaza look alike (the blue highrise) , the trainstation and some other areas, allthough i got rid of mcuh of the hills and expanded the flatter land, making room for the city, as not even Oslo has such little space as Vandals fjella seems to have..

A new area that have gone slightly downhill...

My experiments with prepo's diags:

And something else...

That's all i got for now.

Swesim: Jeg fant den ferga på STEX-en, kalt TSC Black Stern, eller noe sånt, fukuda lagde den.

I found that ferry on the STEX, named TSC Black Stern or something like that, fukuda made it.

Emperor Stormont

Love the use of the diagonal lots and some custom ones I spy also....  ;)

Fantastic work Glenni, looking great.

Glad to see you back at it, looking forward to more work on this. Have you considered running the train lines out of town above ground instead of em all diving into those tunnels?

I've been offended  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Seriously this is great work, though I would like to see more than few parts of the city. Low wealth parts are the best in this update, though small, they are something you rarely see on MD.

Yes i did, but i'd rather not, it would require me to re do the entire layout of the city, as then they would run though the palace, and through the main street....

Yoman

Well than your monarch could catch a quick train to the main street :P

bat

Nice update there! Also wonderful work on these diagonals! Great pictures, too!

Heblem

Cool update, looks nordic-european for my taste, excellent work  ;D

Glenni

Sorry, i don't have much, but this is what i got for now...

Good that you use my bats too  ;D They look great and your work looks better :P

edit: espically Mariankatu 2, the round black office with Starbucks looks really great. Does really look like Scandinavian office from 60's. Massive and black.

sauron620

Very good job! I like particularly the picture with the underpasses

bat

Great work on that buildings!! Looking forward to more...

ManuelR

The secondlast picture is simply breathtaking. Wonderful mix of the diagonals and other buildings and streets. Could you please tell me from where you got this underpasses with the long slope? thanks

Mulefisk

It looks great and you know it. :D Any chance we get to see an overview shot soon?

Glenni

Yes indeed, you are going to get a overview picture.

Now that you've seen the overview, back to the closeups again.

Here's a charming little plaza.

Another park

Various shots.
