Help - Error when installing Rush Hour.

After re-installing Simcity Rushhour I get this new error, anyone have any idea?

"A problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'D:\simcity_2.dat' from the media"

I have never gotten this error message before, and any suggestions would be EXTREMELY helpful!

Make sure your CD is clean and that there is no scrash on it.
I however think you'll need to buy another copy

How does that make sense? - a sudden upgrade and now my copy is not capable of working on my computer?

As you need the cd everytime you play, chance are that the cd is scratch ( mine is, and it is still ok for the copyright purpose, but I certainly can't install anything on it, it tooks 5 mins for windows to open an explorer window on it )
