Thank you all.

Here's todays update. As you can see, I've taken a few licences on the roof, as I think the bright green of the R/L one would draw too much attention, I made it this way. Also, most of the pre 1945 pictures show that it might have had a roof simmilar to this. Would like to hear your opinions.

Yeah, I think you've judged the roof pretty well on this one.  :o

A picture that I've taken in October (like you see - it's the back  ;) ):

I prefer the coppery roof of the time from 1955 to now.

OMG I've been waiting for the Vienna Opera to be created, how truly fantastic.

I love the roof texture you have already applied, but I do think I would also love the copper roof the building now has.

Wow, once more I'm astonished when looking in here. I really like what I see and your interpretation of the roof is well done - indeed the bright green of the real thing would draw way to much attention ingame. Your solution for this fits the overall composition and textures very well.

I too think you have chosen a good alternative to the green copper roof, if you had not pointed out that this is not the right roof, I would never have noticed.

baconrocky

WOW - taking a break from church was certainly an amazing idea...this building looks so good. Perhaps you should create other non-churchs? Shall I name drop Milan's Union Station? :P
