I am impressed by your start....good work.....I envy someone that can actually plan what they are going to build...as for the "street grid" good one, for my capitols I like the broad avenues addorned with statues and impressive architcecture....I shall return..

A nice start here.  I like the griddy feel - it's good to have different approaches here on SC4.

The border is a nice touch.

Yeah, i was planning to line it with Flags, but i never got around to makeing the lots, so i just lined it with Glr
