That was my second guess (you do seem to do a lot of work in Photoshop, and pretty darn good work too. Did you ever take a class?)

very nice pic, but I think you went a bit too far with the focus-blur. It seems like the hill should be more in the center of the pic for that effect to be at its highest effectiveness.
