Well, I'm not really a photoshop effect fan.  For me it's about what you can create using the game.  If you need fancy effects to make a good picture then where do you draw the line?

Maybe it's because I don't have photoshop or the skills to do it

That said, I recently downloaded jen_p's low wealth Adelaide buildings.  They are very well done and they fit well in my city, so I vote for jen_p, more for the building than the picture.
