Wow, with all the script-writers on strike in Hollywood, you might want to jump in there and start writing there. I really can't wait to hear Letterman say "ooh aah aah aah" What a fantastic cult show this baywatch monkey island has been, like all good shows you feel something of an emptyness after it's over. I think I have that feeling now and I have to admit that I developed a small crush on Monkella Gibbons...will she be in the next Playmonkey perhaps???

Apparently South Beach Diet followers were protesting at a "Say Yes to Carbs" concert down at the Jane Gooddall Pavilion when trouble broke out!

I broke out into laughter, with people looking at me all weird after reading that. Fantastic conclusion, and I loved the last 2 updates. Seriously, you are a very talented writer!

Monkey Island Nightlife



After the Baywatch trilogy, anyone would be in the mood to party. We are no exception. Chimpania is one of the most exciting cities on Monkey Island. Its beach is not just the headquarters for Baywatch, but also a place where hotties come to see and be seen. When the sun goes down, Chimpania does not go to sleep. Rather, that's when some of the party animals wake up to spend an exciting night on the town. We'll pick up the story after the Bananarama concert, right after these messages from our sponsors.





Now, back to the show.



After the Bananarama concert, it's time to head into town to par-tay! So, let's head from the beach back to downtown.



And a quick stop by Monkella's apartment so she can change into her party lcothes. Also, we can swing by next door for some dinner. They have bananas served 18 different ways – plus free banana appetizers!



Monkella is looking f-i-n-e fine tonight! Now, to stop my Bob Boon's apartment. He lives in the Tarzan Ape-partments, a luxury building with a distinctive roofline. At night, its green lighting is seen all over town.



The penthouse suite is perfect for those who like to swing from trees and vines between swinging on the dance floor below. Bob Boon has a sweet home!



His party-hearty neighbor, Zooboomafoo Lemur, has a great rooftop pool. With enough monkaritas or grape ape tonics, some foolish monkeys try to do cannonballs from Bob Boon's penthouse into the pool a few stories below. Lemme tell ya, the Olympic judges would not like those splashes!

And, if this party was not wild enough, look where they are headed now...

Love the apartment buildings and road signs. It just goes to show you can spin a yarn out of almost anything!
