News:

The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

True. SC4 fansites have a very clean virus record. Nice secure downloads.
The most astounding and unique aspect of the human race is our fervent application of our ingenuity to kill each other, thus completely defying the near-universally proven fact that the ultimate goal of a member of a species is to ensure the survival of the species.

Someone set us up the BAT?

To add to the conversation though, my Avast! antivirus has never detected anything downloaded from any SC4 fansite as a virus

You may have meant to search for Houdini. (result of searching for XiahouDun on SC4D)

I use Avast and norton and no problems.

As for my ealier comment. For those of you too young or never played some of the old DOS games, the reference all your canals are belong to us is a play on all your base are belong to us. A bad translation of text from a very early game. I do not remember the game or what language the translation was from, but the saying has survived since the dawn of PC gaming and has taken many forms (including the use of in trance/techno music). Who says DOS is dead  :D
