Changes to the Karma Point System

Hey guys, but surely the staff can have some fun between themselves? I don't see any recent smiting of a non-staff member by a staff member (certainly not since the rule was introduced) therefore, we obviously don't care that we will have a lower rep than we would otherwise have. This is the kind of light-hearted fun that colyn was trying to say the karma system should be about.

Well then it should apply across the board. I agree with Colyn's view of light-heartedness and fun, but I don't like it if it will lead to double standards.

Does this mean that Callagrafx and myself have been added to the Staff Team?... Hmmm. I think this is kinda shady. Dont worry Ripplejet you'll get yours!!

Callagrafx has been a member of the mod team since the inception of the site (almost). Obviously you would be aware if you were a member of the staff team, but it looks like you can deal with it

As it turned out Wouanagaine was smited twice, so just in order to retain the order I had to take one down for you as well...
I should in fact have taken two from you... or maybe someone else will...

Don't worry M, I'm sure whatever will happen it will not lead to double standards

The Karma system need some changes and we all simply need to look at it from some distance, and we don't need to be such serious with it.

But it is an important thing and the goal of these staff jokes is not do decrease the worth of our reputation - as I said we all need some distance and some time

... and Praise me if you want ... Karma is Karma is Karma ... in my experience usually the Positives are done to really express some appreciation and the Negatives is to show dismay bit NEVER ANGER

... if you are ANGRY then do a PM ... that helps also a lot to retain your own Karma because SMITING in ANGER can bring the wolves out
