CSX Plays on Shosaloza

Jeronimo del Gado has decided it is a good time to move into the city ... from his villa on the canal edge he will start to make his presence felt in Shosaloza ...









Hopefully this one will be on the LEX soon ... as always ... PLAY THE GAME WITH CUSTOM LOTS.

Nice place there Colyn - I like the different tiers on this one; reminds me of the tropical homes in Northern Australia which are raised off the ground to ensure adequate ventilation under the house.

Matt Taylor took just one look at Yoder's creation and he was on the phone ... he wanted it and he wanted it bad. His problem was it must fit in with the JRJ Canals ...

Well there have been some changes to the plans since you took that picture but the idea is the same. I still like the version for SG's canals as they look more river like.

Jeronimo del Gado is doing what he promised ...

"Lilly Lulu" is the first venture was to help his old sweetheart Lulu to set up a top of the line eating and drinking place on a piece of wetland, wasteland that was created by the development of the Spotted Duck pond. The three decks fits in perfectly and people come from all over the region to eat the grilled pigeons ... the house speciality is roasted Shosaloza Duck with a sweet Eucalyptus sauce and crunchy fritters.

Guests are warned not to drink too much and step off the boardwalks ... the resident anaconda ... nicknamed "Sock" is known to ignore the command "Go AWAY!"



At night is when the really good things come to the tables.



Seeing the numbers that Lulu was bringing in made Lee's eye glisten ... nobody knows exactly how he managed to get his hands on the piece of land but rumour has it that he and Jeronimo has a history ... what is in that history is still a mistery but who cares ... he serves the best Flapjacks in the region and it was no wonder the little deck cafe quickly becam known as "Flippin Lee" ... however ... there is a rumour ... yes another one ... that the name comes from the fact that every now and then Lee takes a pot shot at a duck on the pond and then Jeronimo just shales his head and grunt ... "Flippin Lee!"



As you all can see Spotted DUck Pond is really a very nice place to be.

LOL! @ the Castle (TM) Lite umbrellas! What a magnificent detail! Not my favourite though, as I prefer Windhoek Lager or Windhoek Light, but still pretty amazing!
