 &apls Excellent job! That is an amazing mosaic! I really liked the canyon road. It reminds me of the Fraser Canyon and the TransCanada.

Waow!!! :o This mosaic is really really impressive, I think I've never seen a tall mosaic like this! :o
It's very beautiful, but there's a problem at the top of the image, between the 2 railraods $%Grinno$%, but it's a detail... ()stsfd()
So, congratulations Q-Tips!
By the way, if you're looking at my CJ, why do'nt you post? :D

Q-Tips

#22
Part two : Mossa

The little town at the top of the mosaic is named Mossa. So i'll just called the entire district the same.
Let us start at the bottom of the mosaic and go north :

2.01 :

The Old lighthouse who are now automated are only reachable by walking a track from the old fishing village. (or by boat)

2.02 :

The wooden bridge you need to cross for getting over.

2.03

The districts are well known for its wild life. If you are lucky, you might even see some whales swiming besides the cliffs.

2.04

On your walk from the lighthouse, you will also pass this little cabin.

2.05

And here we are at the village. This little place have their own guest house / Pub, church and a school.

2.06

Oh, i almost forgott : The fine harbour where fishboat dock to deliver their catch.

2.07

If you have some time to vaste, take a trip to the hill above the village. They say the view is excellent.

2.08

On the way from the village to Mossa Town, you'll have to cross a river two times. This is the first bridge.

2.09

Just above the bridge are an old ruin of a fort. It was built during the long war between Farawaystan and Evenfurtherawaystan. Ohh, that was a terrible war, with so many pixels just blown up and becoming all red.

2.10

I'm not gonna ruin this by say anything more.

2.11

And this is the last picture for today. Rest of Mossa will come in a day or two.

Great explanation of the images! Those poor pixels :(. Waiting for more excellent explanations!

I love the attention to detail, especially with the flora. The small town looks great, is it situated on a lake or the ocean? I love the little pier.

Fantastiska bilder! Jag tror jag svimmar... :P

:D :D :D

Fantastic update!
If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It's much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.

WOW  ;) I like the castle and the waterfall.  :)

Q-Tips

Fabian : Thank you very much for your comments. And you are right! Its up left at the coast.
Battlecat : Thanx. Yes it mostly went well with the mosaic, besides from the top, where i had some very strange problem with the rail.
Canyonjumper : So it reminds me of Canada. I love canyons, so i guess Canada would be a nice country to travel?
Sciurus : Yes, you are right about the rail. Its the strangest thing : It dont fit! And as more i tried, the worse it got. The mosaic is from 3 large city tiles and the top dont fit with number two.
nedalezz : Thanks for you comments, i will add an overview so you can see more clear where its situated.
cott1964, Rady, riiga, sumwonyuno, Tomas Neto, TiFlo : Thank you all for your comment and for having interest in looking at this.

2.12

For you who follow this, i promised you to take you to Mossa. And thats a promise i intend to keep. Maybe not today, but at leat we're on the road again.

2.13

HURRAY!!! We are passing the first farm! A bit old tough. Do you think someone still run this farm?

2.14

A few country houses, a farm, some sheeps and a car on the road who looks like a cell phone.

2.15

Have you ever traveled at the countryside and passed a farm road and ever wondered : Where do that road goes? What is the purpose to such a rural road?
Well, what do you say? Should we take a look? YES, lets do it.

2.16

Ooooh, its leading in to the forrest. This sounds promising. Maybe its a secret place you can take your beloved ones to. Maybe having a pickninc at the beach to the most lovely lake. Or maybe there is an romantic old guesthouse at the end of the road who have the most.....
Ehhh... The most...
Threeless place...

Ok... At least we know whats up with this road. Lets get back.

2.18

Not far from the farms are this second bridge over the river.

2.19

This is also the place two rivers come together for their personal chat.

2.20

When crossing the bridge, this is not the way we are going. You see, this way is forbidden.
Why?
Well, thats the way to to all the things you shouldnt see. You know, the same Maxis building repeating itself houndred times. A eight floor w2w building besides a tiny little villa. $%Grinno$%

So lets just turn around and go the right direction :
2.21

Yes, this is the right way. This is the way to Mossa.
But why rush it? Why do today what you can do tomorrow?

So i'll just add the overview of Mossa and i'll see you tomorrow?

canyonjumper

Ah! I was right! Some more first-class explanations! Excellent stuff, Q-Tips! And yes, Canada is an awesome place to travel, But I'm speaking about British Columbia, I've only been in BC, unless you count Medicine Hat for a family reunion 10 years ago! :D!

Incredible overview, looks like a real life picture! I want to go further up that country road :)

I wonder why is the road across the bridge forbidden?

Battlecat

Great work, love all the detailing you've put into your scenes here.  That river looks amazing!

penguin007

Wow what a mosaic that is on the page before and your region looks massive. Lots of creativity here and I love the use of your paths especially across the cliffs

Keep the great work up

Will
