Hello Nedal,
I hope all is going well for you.
Ahhhh, you finally did it.  You added in row homes and low income apartments.  Perfectly done again my friend.  I don't think I could have done it any better.

Robin

Okay, that was marvelous. I agree with Robin, this is such a realistic city, and the low income apartments show it, as any good city has it's low income apartments. But I certainly do like the other, nicer apartments as well. Also, expect a PM from me soon.  :)

&apls &apls always a pleasure to discover new pictures from Nesara, and as always, great shots, it's not easy to do beauty with low income buildings  &mmm but you did it, i like the way you surrender them, the dirty street, carbagge...very realistic
& coming soon "Sakura Republic".

Nicely done although I would like to see more green around those apartments instead of cement alleys filled to the to with garbage.

As you all know, I am on a business trip so Simcity time is scarce. I did, however, manage to put together this small update. I dont have time to do any personal replies (SORRY!!), but I promise this is a temporary thing! I truly appreciate all the comments from the bottom of my heart! As for Scott and Ethan, can you please send me links of the houses you would like in Cedar :)

The State of Nesara: Update Nineteen

The town of Cedar has become a small but bustling center between the Pacific Northwest and California, and the exponential growth continues to push the population of the town towards 10,000 residents. Currently, it stands at 8,222, but with all the development taking place in the western part of Cedar, the wait to get to five digits will not be long.
Recently, the Nesara Council found the Nesara Property Authority (NPA), responsible for handling all legal matters pertaining to lands and development, as well as controlling the sale of government owned land to private parties. The NPA developed a policy of controlling the lands being sold to control the development of Cedar in accordance to the vision of the Nesara Council. After holding off on selling property for a little while, they released several plots in the western part of Cedar along Country Road and a newly developed street that swept northwest alongside the train tracks. Several plots were bought quickly, and although there are still a few for sale, most are expected to be gone within the next few weeks.

Pictures of the construction taking place in western Cedar.

One of the biggest stories to hit Cedar in recent times was the word that the President of Svanskinahya was to have a holiday home in the area. James Brooks, head of the Nesara Council, confirmed the reports during his weekly address in the Cedar Town Hall, stating that the Nesara Police and Fire Department (NPFD) will take all the necessary precautions and security measures to ensure the President feels safe and secure in his new home. The Svanskinahya Estate is made up of a house designed by a Svanskinahyan architect employed by the President, and a large parcel of land surrounding the house given as gift by the Nesara Council. The land and the house are estimated to be worth $1.5 million. It is located a short drive from the town of Cedar to the west, in between the town and the ocean.

nice update! You'll need to expand the bottom half of the town some time as well.

I sent you the link, my friend. Hope that it will work. I was wondering if my house could be located in a more secluded area too? I think it would be lovely to live just outside of town.  :)

The expansion of Cedar is really mindblowing. The amount of construction lots that must be in your city at any given time has to be huge. I find that this is really realistic, as you are showing us not only the result of the growth found in Nesara, but you show us the preparation that leads up to it. Great work, my friend.

Arthur's home looks very beautiful. I like the grounds that surround it, and Arthur chose a beautiful BAT as well.

It looks great how the construction sites expand into the woods. Looks very natural. And the villa is excellent. The line of trees around the property is cool. The president likes his privacy it seems.

Gorgeous update!  Those are some fantastic high wealth estates!  I like how Cedar is starting to break away from the original grid.

I really love that villa. Lucky art12...euh president of Svanskinhaya  &apls

The president of Svanskinahya really loves this villa. The land surrounding it is great touch. I also like the tennis stadium, everything seems to be great to make the president's holidays comfortable.

Now into the development of the town. It's growing nicely ! I like how it's developing by the north, but as Danielcote said you have to expand the south too !

Arthur.
I'll take a quiet life... A handshake of carbon monoxide.

nice villa  i really like the road surrender by those trees, he make me remember some road from French country side, nice update my friend  &apls
& coming soon "Sakura Republic".

Cedar looks very thoughtfully laid out and spatially very much how you'd expect to see a growing little town laid out along a well-traveled local road to look.  The location of the new growth makes a lot of sense, and I like how you've varied the layout of the new;y subdivided development from the older block-pattern areas.

The trees are great, too!  Love that change of seasons.
