Hoping this is the right place for this type of thread!  Anyway, I want to develop the river in some of my cities so it's not just buildings and roads next to bare ground that goes into the river.  As we all know, lots of cities have developed riverfronts with paths, parks, etc.  Are there any lots that anybody recommends that would do a good job of making developed riverfronts?

Thanks a bunch!

Well they aren't quite what you are looking for as they do not conform to existing game water, but I have an idea for you. Citynut has some canal lots on the LEX that use Cal's awesome water texture, and they feature paths that are BSC park compliant and fit with the entirety of the BSC park system down to the changeable path texture. They are very cool looking and colorful.

There is also a version that use SG brick canals:

Both are extra useful because they cannot only be used seamlessly with BSC park lots, but also with Cal's existing canals (or SG original canal set) to create seamless transitions between beautiful river walks and normal or industrial canals.

Also I believe there were some very intricate and modular river walk lots released on SIMPEG by Reba-Lynn, though I never gave that a shot because it seemed to have a LOT of individual lots and options and, being a totally newbie at the time, they scared the hell outta me.

EDIT: Here is the link to the page with Reba-LynnTS' artificial river system packs. Like I said, there is lots there to mull over, but it looks very modular and useful. Happy hunting!
