BSC BAT Props MBEAR Vol03

I've downloaded a whole bunch of stuff, and I'm progressively unzipping it to ensure I have all the required dependencies. 

I downloaded this file:  file:///C:/Users/Chris%20Goulet/Documents/SimCity%204/STEX_Downloads/BMD/Readme_BMD_IM.htm

This is the only dependency I need in order to get them to run properly.  Unfortunately the Prop set I need to avoid tons of brown boxes is the one with a dead link.  Is there anywhere else I can obtain this prop set?  Is it in a larger mega prop set somewhere?  It's producing TONS of brown boxes...

Believe you me, I already registered!  It's a great resource, but ironically, the grandeur of its content also makes it kind of difficult to locate some things.  Thanks!
