Different Texures on Same Highway Piece

I don't know but this is strange, at least to me. I haven't used my Maxis Highways for quite some time and all of sudden I have different textures on the same lotpiece. Am I missing something or is this a glitch of some kind.
Has someone seen this before and is there a way to fix this?

Are you using the Maxis highway Asphalt mod ?  If yes remove it and it should become like it was before.

What's the exact name of this mod? I got 17,000 files in my Pluginsfolder, kinda hard to find if you don't have the exact name.
