Congestion Map of London

Does anyone know where I can get a map of the congestion in London, or at least data to produce one?
I'm trying to find an almost SC4 like congestion map.


I believe this is a suitable place to post this?

Have you tried Google maps, it shows (more or less live) traffic congestion around and in large cities
