BSC Dependency help needed

I was downloading this: BSC Sports Canteen

and it said that it needed this: BSC_NICM_Props.dat
as a dependency, but I cannot find it anywhere. Could someone please direct me to the right direction? Thanks.

I searched and found nothing, but I didn't know what NICM meant neither, how could I ? lol
