Reinstalled SC$ and I'm having trouble finding a particular mod.  I used-ta have a set of ploppable road/street/1way/ave pieces that would restrict truck traffic or only allow bus traffic through the tile.  I'd thought it was in the NAM, but I don't see it there.

No idea who developed it or what it was called.  Anybody know what I'm looking for and where to find it?
