Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge by Fukuda

I recently downloaded Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge by Fukuda http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=858 and installed it.  When I tried to build it, only the roadway was built.  The cables and pilings were missing.  I reviewed the comments and saw that a number of others had the same problem.  My question is, is there a fix for this problem?  The comments cited the problems, but did not have fixes. 

It is a beautiful bridge and would like to use it.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The bridge is really huge, so you need a very wide stretch of water in order to get the pylons showing up as well.

I was working on fixing, but ran short on time.

There's quite a few bridges that need fixed, actually.  Off hand, the minimum length property needa adjusted
