News:

The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

Something that would make life a bit easier would be, An ability to search the LEX for recently modified/updated files.    That way when something (like the NAM or SAM or any file really) gets updated you'd be able to find out quicker.    Personally I'd use that feature frequently.     Between that and the fact you can see when you last downloaded a file you would always know if you have the most recent version.     Guess I am obsessed that I have the most up to date version.

If you go to your download history: http://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_downhist.php (the link is below the orange donate button on the left)
It will show you what you have downloaded and if it's been updated (red cross means you haven't downloaded the updated version, green tick means you have the most up to date version. At the top of that page you click "show outdated lots" only, which will then then only show downloads (it doesn't know the difference between lots and mods) which have red crosses

I think that's what you looking for?

(I guess a desktop app could be made that runs in the background and say every morning/saturday or something checks for updates. Though It mighht waste too much bandwidth?)

A list of updated files is implemented, actually, but for some reason, there's no direct link to it. Use this URL in order to see the list: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_lotlist_lview.php?oBY=U9

Thanks Guys for the info.    That is exactly what I wanted to do.    I knew there had to be a way to do it even if the wasn't a "button to push" to do it easily.   Thanks again.
