LBT Dependency

I have downloaded several LBT buildings, such as the Home Dept and Sam's Club. The parking lot and a few other items seem to be missing in game. It does not list any dependencies. Does anyone know what I am missing?

    Fixed Sc4jeeks Parking Textures

The STEX does not list the dependencies, but there is a README file included with the downloads.

Thanks for your help. I got it from the STEX and did not see any dependencies listed. I appreciate your help.
