strange problem

Hello

I have a strange problem.
When I build, my residental zones shows always that there is no road acces,
but for industrial nad commercial zones seems ewerything OK.

I have tried ewerything (with roads, streets, NWM) but nothing seems to work.

Has anybody any sugestions?

edit: OK made some testing, and found out that this problem occurs only when I have on map
NWM puzzle piesces.
